Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Director (IA Health Plan) to lead financial analysis and reporting for the Iowa market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial analysis, including forecasting and revenue trend analysis
• Supervise finance staff and manage the month-end close process
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic financial responses and manage budgets

Required Qualifications

• At least 8 years of finance experience or equivalent education and experience
• Minimum of 3 years in a management or leadership role
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, math, or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet internal deadlines
