Finance Director, Immunology

Job Summary

Providing financial leadership for a dynamic clinical portfolio, the full-time remote Finance Director, Immunology will manage financial planning, study forecasting, and business support for the Immunology therapeutic area, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and optimizing funding commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial planning processes, ensuring accurate integration of clinical study forecasts and timely reporting for executive review
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize the portfolio and drive strategic decisions while providing transparency on financial risks
• Oversee study forecasting and maintain financial integrity for clinical studies, ensuring compliance with financial policies and internal controls

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in Accounting or Finance with at least 5 years in a management role
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Accounting
• Experience in a complex global organization, preferably within the pharmaceutical sector
• Strong skills in data presentation and scenario planning
• High personal integrity and ability to lead a team in a dynamic environment
