Finance Director - Marketing & Sales

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance Business Partnering for Marketing & Sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders in Sales and Marketing, understanding their objectives and challenges
• Identify and analyze financial trends to inform business decisions and improve performance
• Develop financial analysis and reporting tools to provide actionable insights and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance; Master's Degree preferred
• 7-10 years of experience in a director-level role, with 1-3 years in a Senior Manager or Director position
• Experience with mixed media models and lead management
• Proficiency in FP&A software and managing large datasets
• Demonstrated success in leadership and managing long-term projects
