Finance Director, Operations
Job Summary
To support the Financial Planning & Analysis team, the full-time remote Finance Director, Operations will manage financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis for hospital programs while serving as a strategic partner to operations management.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with operations leadership to develop and maintain hospital-level financial plans aligned with contractual obligations
- Lead the development of financial models and variance reporting tools to enhance profitability tracking
- Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to improve operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Healthcare Management
- 5-10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or corporate finance, preferably in healthcare
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial modeling tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- High integrity and a focus on data accuracy
