Finance Director - Post Acute

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance - Post Acute.

Key Responsibilities

• Directs the establishment and maintenance of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
• Manages general accounting, budgeting, accounts receivables, cash management, and financial reporting
• Develops financial models and executive-ready presentations to communicate insights to senior leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
• Five years of progressive supervisory experience in healthcare finance or accounting
• Direct exposure to post-acute care operations and reimbursement
• Master's degree in Business Administration or Accounting is preferred
• Seven years of supervisory experience in healthcare finance is preferred
