Finance Engineer

Job Summary

Transforming manual finance processes into scalable, automated workflows, the full-time remote Finance Engineer will collaborate with clients to enhance their finance operations through system design, automation, and AI integration.

Key responsibilities

• Build and improve workflows for reporting, forecasting, month-end reviews, and financial controls
• Work directly with clients to understand their finance needs, configure tools, and manage system improvements
• Automate repetitive finance tasks using AI tools and integrate data from various systems

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in finance systems, finance operations, automation, or engineering roles
• 1+ year of hands-on experience building AI-powered automations or internal tools
• Experience with APIs, system integrations, and automation tools
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes
• Fluent English (C1+) with excellent client-facing communication skills
