Finance Engineer

Job Summary

To redesign the CFO organization's processes, the full-time remote Finance Engineer will manage the contract-to-cash workflow, automate financial operations, and oversee the NetSuite OneWorld environment while collaborating across various teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end contract-to-cash process, mapping workflows and automating key touchpoints between Salesforce CPQ and NetSuite
• Automate the financial close, reconciliations, and procurement processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in reporting and controls
• Maintain and configure the NetSuite OneWorld environment, including user roles and permissions, while collaborating with cross-functional teams on system integrations

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with NetSuite OneWorld, including configuration and workflows in a multi-subsidiary environment
• Deep understanding of the quote-to-cash process across CRM and ERP systems, with a proven track record of automating finance operations
• 8+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or finance systems, with at least three years working directly within a finance organization
• Code literacy in SuiteScript or JavaScript, SQL, and experience with version control
• Strong program and project management skills, capable of formulating and executing a solution roadmap across multiple functions
