Job Summary

Leading finance transformation initiatives, the full-time salaried Finance Evolution Manager will oversee a portfolio of continuous improvement projects, collaborating with Finance, Technology, and business stakeholders to enhance processes and deliver scalable solutions onsite.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a portfolio of finance transformation and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
• Analyze current and future finance processes to design innovative solutions that improve efficiency and strengthen controls
• Develop communication and training strategies to foster a culture of continuous improvement and ensure successful implementation of new processes

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in finance transformation, continuous improvement, or business transformation initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field
• Experience with no-code/low-code automation platforms and enterprise analytics tools
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive organizational change
