Finance Executive

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Finance to build a scalable financial infrastructure and lead corporate finance functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own all corporate finance functions including forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and reconciliation
• Design and implement financial infrastructure to support tokenized products and crypto-native operations
• Lead or support high-leverage strategic projects such as token buybacks, treasury strategies, or acquisitions

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in finance leadership roles, ideally in high-growth, venture-backed or crypto-native companies
• Deep experience managing both fiat and crypto financial infrastructure; strong familiarity with on-chain assets
• Proven ability to build finance functions from scratch both operational and strategic in scope
• Strong commercial instincts; experience supporting exec-level decision making and board-level reporting
• Excellent communication skills and ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
