Job Summary

To drive capital strategy and long-term financial planning, the full-time remote VP of Finance will serve as a strategic architect, institutionalizing financial infrastructure and providing insights for executive decision-making in a high-growth technology environment.

Key responsibilities

• Architect the long-term financial roadmap, aligning fiscal strategy with growth targets
• Lead treasury management and capital allocation strategies to optimize liquidity and risk
• Establish enterprise-level standards for financial reporting and internal controls

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in high-growth technology environments
• Proven track record of influencing company strategy and organizational design at the executive level
• Experience building and mentoring high-performing finance and accounting teams
• Mastery of complex financial modeling and data synthesis into actionable narratives
• Deep understanding of the crypto landscape, including digital asset treasury management
