Finance Executive
Job Summary
To lead and scale the finance function during a period of rapid growth, the full-time remote Head of Finance will own financial strategy, capital planning, and operational rigor while serving as a key advisor to the CEO and leadership team.
Key responsibilities
- Own financial strategy and capital planning, ensuring informed investment decisions and financial discipline
- Guide strategic decision-making by evaluating pricing strategies and resource allocation through a financial lens
- Drive FP&A by building and maintaining financial models that support decision-making across the business
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, investment banking, or strategic finance
- Experience in an early-stage or venture-backed startup, ideally as a founding or first finance hire
- Direct hands-on experience with fundraising processes, including data rooms and investor materials
- Exceptional financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or MBA is a plus
