Finance Executive
Job Summary
As a key player in the company's growth, the full-time salaried VP of Finance will own the finance function, manage monthly forecasts, and lead financial decision-making while building a team to support strategic initiatives in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own monthly forecast-to-actuals reconciliation and implement a driver-based rolling forecast
- Run monthly business reviews to address meaningful variances and inform executive leadership
- Evaluate and implement financial systems, leading the annual planning cycle
Required qualifications
- 10+ years in finance with experience in a senior FP&A or finance leadership role
- Proven track record of managing a monthly close process end-to-end
- Experience building driver-based forecasts that integrate operational inputs
- Familiarity with evaluating and implementing financial systems
