Finance Facility Controller Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Facility Controller Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate as Plant Controller at two facilities, partnering with site General Managers on all P&L related activities, analysis, and reporting
• Implement and maintain internal controls related to OTC, P2P, and R2R
• Develop detailed costing models in collaboration with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other internal partners

Required Qualifications:

• Strong Technical Cost Accounting understanding
• Good systems implementation and configuration experience
• Project management experience
• Good business sense to identify anomalies coupled with high initiative and aptitude to quickly get into details
• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or finance and 5+ years progressive finance-related role, particularly in manufacturing-related experience
