To support a cutting-edge GenAI team, the full-time remote Finance Knowledge Expert Coder will guide research teams in improving AI model performance, create precise annotation standards, and evaluate finance tasks while collaborating with AI researchers.

Key responsibilities

• Guide research teams to close knowledge gaps and enhance AI model performance in finance
• Create and maintain annotation standards specific to finance specialties
• Evaluate finance tasks and solutions, providing clear and structured feedback

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field; Ph.D. preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in finance
• Proficiency in coding, preferably in Python or other advanced programming languages
• Experience with Claude code/AI tools
• Demonstrated deep knowledge and expertise in finance
