Finance Knowledge Expert Coder
Job Summary
To support AI model performance in finance, the full-time remote Finance Knowledge Expert Coder will guide research teams, annotate data, and develop quality assurance guidelines while collaborating with subject matter experts.
Key responsibilities:
- Guide research teams to improve AI model performance in finance, accounting, operations, or supply chain
- Annotate data and write code-based solutions to domain-specific problems throughout the model development life cycle
- Create and maintain high-quality annotation guidelines, ensuring clarity and accuracy for vendors
Required qualifications:
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; Ph.D. preferred
- 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, management consulting, or related fields
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Python or another programming language
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools, particularly Claude Code
- Experience teaching or mentoring advanced concepts in finance or related disciplines
