Finance Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IU&A Finance Lead responsible for supporting the CNO Sector and managing project controls efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of approximately 17 individuals and manage all phases of project financial control
• Ensure timely completion of monthly reporting and support cash flow management for the Directorate
• Coordinate staffing requirements, supervise project work activities, and facilitate staff development

Required Qualifications

• US Citizen
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (or equivalent)
• 10-15 years of financial experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a management role
• Strong federal finance and accounting experience, including knowledge of FAR and CAS
• Highly proficient with Costpoint, Excel, and other MS Office software
