Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Lead to mature and scale its finance function.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the finance function and ensure financial obligations are met on time
• Develop and drive budget processes and financial discipline across the company
• Provide financial visibility and insights through high-fidelity dashboards

Required Qualifications

• MBA or Finance degree, and/or CPA
• 6+ years of experience in finance, with some previous experience in web3
• Understanding of US tax and compliance in global organizations
• Experience in establishing a finance function is a bonus
