Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Lead for West & Central Africa.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end reporting activities and ensure timely reconciliation of bank accounts
• Manage local tax filing and reporting, while engaging with accounting advisors in each market
• Monitor financial processes and controls, advising on necessary improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field
• Qualified accountant with a minimum of 4 years post-qualified experience
• Experience in preparing financial statements and working with external auditors
• Strong IT literacy, particularly with Google Sheets
• Fluency in English and French (written and spoken) is essential
