Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Lead & Enterprise Transformation Partner.

Key Responsibilities

Support financial assessment and tracking of initiatives tied to the Board-approved plan
Establish reporting frameworks to evaluate costs, benefits, and ROI for transformation programs
Own budgeting oversight, monthly forecasting, and variance analysis for transformation initiatives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business; Master's degree preferred
CPA preferred
PMP or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
8+ years in finance leadership roles with exposure to transformation programs
5+ years of experience in PBM or related fields preferred
