Key Responsibilities

• Implement forecasting based on sales and financial modeling, and present financial reporting to stakeholders
• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals while driving strategic objectives and process improvements
• Identify financial risks and ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project finance management
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing finance teams
• Deep knowledge of finance transformation initiatives and sales analytics
• Expertise in driving revenue growth through analytical insights
