Finance Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Lead to oversee its financial operations across fiat, digital assets, and DeFi protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounts payable and receivable workflows, including vendor onboarding and customer invoicing
• Ensure financial integrity through full-stack reconciliation of bank accounts, custodians, and wallets
• Design and implement scalable financial operations infrastructure and automate reconciliation and reporting processes

Required Qualifications

• 6-10+ years of experience in financial operations, treasury, or accounting, preferably in crypto, DeFi, or fintech
• Experience with crypto accounting and familiarity with blockchain mechanics and wallet architecture
• Proven ability to build reconciliation systems and operational processes in high-growth environments
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in advanced Excel, AI financial tools, and SQL
• Experience in a regulated crypto environment is a plus
