Finance Lead

Job Summary

As the first in-house Finance Lead, this full-time remote position will manage financial strategy and operations, partnering with the CEO and leadership team to drive decision-making on pricing, investments, and capital strategy while building the finance function from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Own daily visibility into cash flow, burn, and runway, ensuring accountability for capital efficiency across the leadership team
• Build and maintain comprehensive financial models, including forecasting, scenario planning, and budget tracking
• Lead financial analysis for pricing and go-to-market strategies, collaborating closely with Sales on metrics and commission modeling

Required qualifications

• 3-8 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or strategic finance at a high-growth SaaS startup
• Strong financial modeling skills, with proficiency in cohort analysis and unit economics
• Fluency in key SaaS metrics such as ARR, CAC, and burn multiple
• Hands-on operational mindset, capable of driving financial decisions and accountability
• Experience with AI-native finance tools and modern FP&A practices
