Job Summary

Directing financial control activities for a real estate services Global Occupier Account, the full-time Global Finance Lead will manage budgetary control, oversee the finance team, and ensure accurate financial reporting while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as finance lead and business advisor to the Client Managing Director, ensuring high standards of financial control
• Prepare global budgets, forecasts, cash flow reporting, and manage expense disbursements
• Identify potential risks and opportunities related to budget and forecast, while enhancing efficiencies and quality in financial practices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; graduate work or CPA certification preferred
• At least 10 years of experience in the real estate industry, including 5 years in commercial property management
• 5 years of supervisory experience or equivalent
• Proficient in real estate accounting systems, preferably Yardi, with an understanding of SOC1 Compliance
• Experience in business planning, budgeting, and personnel management as a department head
