Job Summary

As a key business partner to the Division Lead, the full-time Division Finance Lead will provide financial leadership, analysis, and reporting while guiding program and division management on financial controls, budgeting, and forecasting in a hybrid work environment based in Woburn, MA.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the financial partner to the Division Lead, supporting management and assessing risks and opportunities
• Deliver timely financial updates and analyses to Division Leadership, focusing on key performance indicators
• Maintain oversight of division financial activities, ensuring adherence to business and regulatory requirements

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field with 10+ years of relevant experience in aerospace and defense
• Proven experience managing and developing financial analyst teams
• Strong knowledge of government contract accounting, including FAR and CAS
• Experience with ERP systems and AI-driven analytics within finance operations
• Ability to obtain a government security clearance, requiring U.S. citizenship
