Finance Lead

Job Summary

Owning the financial relationship with one of the largest strategic accounts, the full-time Finance Lead will manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis while engaging directly with senior client stakeholders in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development of client budgets and maintain rolling forecasts, ensuring alignment with operational plans
• Act as the primary finance contact for the client, presenting financial performance and building trusted relationships
• Oversee monthly financial close activities and ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field or equivalent professional experience
• Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) preferred
• Significant finance experience in client-facing roles, particularly with budgets and forecasts
• Fluency in both French and English, spoken and written
• Experience in services or managed services with complex delivery and billing models
