Finance Lead

Job Summary

Acting as the key Finance Business Partner, the hybrid Finance Lead will support Manufacturing, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams by developing sophisticated financial models and translating complex engineering data into actionable insights for strategic growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the strategic Finance Business Partner to Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Logistics leadership
• Oversee financial management for R&D, CAPEX, manufacturing, and freight/warehouse operations
• Design and maintain complex cost frameworks to clarify unit economics and financial projections

Required qualifications:

• At least 12 years of experience in engineering or finance, particularly with hardware, manufacturing, or supply chain organizations
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience
• Superior proficiency in financial modeling, particularly in Google Sheets, with experience in COGS and BOM frameworks
• Strong business acumen with the ability to distill technical roadmaps into clear financial insights
• Proven success in leading cross-functional initiatives and collaborating with technical stakeholders
