Job Summary
Seeking a dynamic leader, the full-time remote Finance Lead for Federal Contracts will manage finances for a $200M complex contract portfolio, providing financial support and guidance while collaborating with various stakeholders and overseeing a team of Project Control Analysts.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close and reporting processes
- Provide comprehensive analyses of monthly operating results, identifying trends and risks
- Support business development and capture processes with financial recommendations and inputs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred
- 10-15 years of financial experience, preferably in the U.S. Federal Government contractor space
- Experience supervising and developing a team of finance professionals
- Strong federal finance and accounting knowledge, including FAR and CAS
- Proficiency with Costpoint, Excel, and MS Office suite
