Finance Lead for Germany Patriot Program

Job Summary

Serving as the finance lead for the Germany Patriot Program, the full-time remote Finance Lead will manage financial analysis, Earned Value reporting, and support FP&A activities while preparing variance reports and estimates to ensure successful program execution.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee financial analysis and reporting for the Germany Patriot CSP1 program, including Earned Value and FP&A tasks
• Prepare and present financial reports, including quarterly estimates at completion and monthly revised estimates
• Process Budget Change Requests and ensure updates are incorporated into control systems

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, or a related field with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or an Advanced degree with 5 years of experience
• Experience with financial tools related to program costs, scheduling, tracking, and forecasting
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting, particularly in Program Controls
• Proficiency in current financial tools/systems, such as Achieving Process Excellence (APEX) or Program Management Excellence (PMX) Tool Suite
• U.S. citizenship required due to access restrictions related to government contracts
