Finance Leader

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Finance Leader, the successful candidate will manage financial operations, enhance forecasting accuracy, and build scalable systems while serving as a strategic partner to the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain complex financial models to forecast growth, budgeting, and cash flow
• Own the reconciliation process across inventory, revenue, expenses, and cash flow, ensuring accuracy and transparency
• Act as a financial partner to department leaders, translating insights into actionable recommendations

Required Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of experience in accounting, finance, FP&A, or operational finance roles
• Expert-level proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and modern ERP/Accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, or Sage)
• Proven track record of managing inventory-heavy financial cycles
• Strong accounting background - CPA or equivalent professional accounting designation
