Finance Leader

Job Summary

To support a growing company, the full-time remote Finance Leader will build a financial blueprint aimed at achieving $100M ARR, transform pricing strategies, and develop an AI-native Finance function while collaborating with executive leadership and managing investor relations.

Key responsibilities

• Build the financial plan to reach $100M ARR over the next three years
• Transform pricing models from seat-based to AI-driven strategies
• Establish a high-leverage Finance team utilizing AI for enhanced efficiency

Required qualifications

• Experience as the #2 or #3 in Finance at a $100M+ private company or Head of Finance at a growth-stage company
• Proven track record of closing funding rounds and building capacity models for sales-led enterprise strategies
• Strong familiarity with AI tools and their application in finance
• Attention to detail with a proactive approach to identifying errors
• Ability to balance strategic oversight with operational execution
