Job Summary
A company is looking for a Finance Leaders Program Analyst - U.S. Based Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in rotational assignments in financial planning, analysis, controllership, and treasury operations
- Engage in training and development events to enhance business acumen and leadership skills
- Receive coaching and mentoring from experienced leaders to support personal and professional growth
Required Qualifications:
- B.A. degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Management Information Systems (MIS) obtained within two years
- Minimum 3.2 cumulative GPA with a proven record of achievement
- Leadership experience in collegiate or community activities
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a general understanding of technology's role in Finance
