Finance Leadership Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Finance Leadership to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the company's operating plan and forecasting cycles with quantitative analysis
• Oversee the global FP&A calendar, ensuring integration between monthly close, forecast, and reporting cycles
• Lead and coordinate complex ad hoc financial requests from executive leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred
• Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in Finance, with at least 5 years in FP&A leadership
• Mastery in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis tools
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
• Insurance industry experience is a significant plus
