Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance M&A Lead to drive finance integration across the M&A lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a finance partner with cross-functional teams to translate diligence findings into actionable requirements
• Coordinate the finance M&A integration program, managing timelines and deliverables across teams
• Own finance integration status and reporting, ensuring clear decision rights and escalation paths

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in finance, including M&A and corporate finance in a technology or high-growth environment
• Experience supporting end-to-end M&A transactions, from due diligence to post-close integration
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting processes
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
• Expertise in managing acquisition integration with strong stakeholder management skills
