Job Summary

Managing a team focused on Finance Strategy and Operations, the full-time Finance Manager will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide formal supervision, training, and performance evaluations for team members
• Coordinate daily activities, establish work schedules, and mentor staff
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and management reporting processes

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in staffing, training, and performance management
• Strong leadership skills to motivate team performance and efficiency
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Intermediate math skills for financial calculations
