Finance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead/manage the program FP&A team by providing guidance, training and mentorship
• Produce timely and accurate financial reporting deliverables including program P&L, trend analysis, and variance analysis
• Manage the program's monthly rolling forecast and annual operating budgeting activities

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related discipline with 8+ years of experience
• Government Contracting experience with knowledge of CAS, FAR, and GAAP
• Experience developing financial planning and analysis cadence
• Advanced Excel user with pivot tables, complex formulas, and modeling skills
• Must be a self-motivated, energetic, critical thinker that is able to work with a diverse team
