Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare monthly financial reporting package using specific software
Complete SEC filings and file with the SEC
Conduct technical accounting research and coordinate audit efforts

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of related business experience, including 2 years of public accounting
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
CPA preferred
Proficiency in MS Excel and all MS Office Programs
Knowledge of GAAP concepts
