Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Validate, enhance, and review Excel based financial models for commercial real estate property investments
Conduct comprehensive financial analysis of cash flow models, sensitivity analysis, and asset valuations
Support the evaluation of the Company's real estate investments, including assessing risks and opportunities associated with each investment

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, finance, or related field
5+ years of experience in financial analysis, with a focus on commercial real estate
Strong experience in financial modeling and valuation techniques
Knowledge of real estate investment principles, including cap rates, IRR, and NPV
CPA or CFA designation is a plus
