Finance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, FP&A to support financial planning and performance analytics functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support all FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
• Develop financial models and accessible reports for leadership to understand business performance
• Collaborate with revenue teams on forecasting models and provide analytical support for pricing strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of finance experience in B2B SaaS companies with progressive FP&A responsibilities
• Experience with financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting in high-growth environments
• Familiarity with BI tools and financial systems
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics such as ARR, CAC, LTV, and Churn
