Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Manager to lead financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in financial planning and analysis, including communication of results to business leaders
• Oversee budgeting processes and ensure accurate financial reporting across departments
• Lead financial strategy and provide decision support for strategic programs and investments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting required
• Graduate Degree preferred
• 6+ years of experience in financial analysis
• High proficiency in financial modeling techniques and advanced knowledge of Excel
• Investment Banking and healthcare industry experience is a plus
