Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Manager to oversee financial strategy and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop staff, manage recruitment, and conduct performance evaluations
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and management reporting processes
• Produce financial reports and coordinate the development of accounting policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Experience in staffing, training, coaching, and performance management preferred
