Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Manager to oversee financial forecasting and management processes while collaborating with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Support financial forecasting and management processes in partnership with the FP&A team
• Actively contribute to financial strategy and management, collaborating with executive leadership
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support month-end close activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 5+ years of diverse analytical experience in Finance, preferably in banking and CASTA
• Proven leadership experience with high-performing teams
• Strong financial acumen and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with financial system reporting environments and tools such as Tableau and SQL preferred
