Finance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Finance to oversee FP&A activities and manage finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, including variance analysis and financial presentations
• Oversee project investment tracking and collaborate with Human Resources on headcount management
• Enhance financial systems utilization and explore automation opportunities for improved efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in FP&A activities, including budgeting and forecasting
• Experience with financial system maintenance and knowledge of GAAP
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com, Sage Intacct, and Workday Adaptive Planning
