Finance Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Finance Manager to join their Commercial Finance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead finance initiatives to scale the Insurance Coverage business and support strategic modeling of new health plan partnerships
- Develop business cases, analyze forecast variances, and provide insights on financial opportunities and risks
- Prepare executive-ready materials and collaborate with Data Science and Financial Engineering teams to enhance reporting systems
Required Qualifications
- Experience in finance, strategy, or analytics roles within healthcare, health-tech, or technology-driven companies, or from consulting/investment banking
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, and strong presentation skills using PowerPoint or Google Slides
- Analytical thinker with a strategic mindset and ability to influence decision-makers
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related quantitative field
