Key Responsibilities

• Develop and own financial forecasts to support strategic planning and operational decision-making
• Create market and contract-level staffing models to align with market demands and optimize resource allocation
• Build and maintain financial reporting systems to monitor key performance indicators and enhance reporting efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
• 3-5+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in healthcare, banking, or startups
• Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial software is a plus
• Experience in developing staffing models and workforce planning is preferred
