Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and management of financial forecasts and budgets, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Supervise and mentor a team of two financial analysts, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
• Act as the primary liaison for business leaders on financial forecasting and budgeting matters

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 5-8 years of relevant experience required
• Management experience required
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for financial modeling and data analysis
• Experience with forecasting and budgeting software, such as Adaptive Insights or similar tools
