Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Finance & Strategy - Product Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering and Product leadership to guide strategic workforce decisions
• Provide weekly insights on budget surplus or deficit and headcount movements
• Analyze resource allocation across global R&D to inform investment recommendations

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of strategic finance, corporate finance, or investment banking experience
• Experience managing forecasting and reporting for major departments
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• Ability to influence cross-functional partners at all levels
