Finance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Manager, Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between Operations and Finance, focusing on metric tracking and reporting
• Identify and analyze cost-saving opportunities in collaboration with plant managers and operations leaders
• Lead financial forecasting, budgeting processes, and support capital investment decisions

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing
• In-depth understanding of income statement analysis and cost accounting
• Solid experience in budgeting and variance analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with financial tools is preferred
• High initiative and ability to manage tight timelines and competing priorities
