Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Manager to oversee accounting functions and provide centralized finance support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the monthly closing process and prepare interim and year-end financial reports
• Direct the preparation of reconciliations and supporting analysis for financial reports
• Collaborate with senior management on financial report preparation and analysis

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or Business Administration required; Master's degree preferred
• Five years of accounting experience, preferably in healthcare
• Demonstrated leadership and technical accounting skills
• Proficiency in PC-based software applications
• One year in a supervisory capacity preferred
