Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Manager to join their Global Finance Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a group of analysts/business partners supporting functional business units
• Develop and present long-term spend strategy and financial analysis for management decision-making
• Collaborate with functional stakeholders and provide mentorship to team members

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• BA/BS degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or a related area
• 5+ years of leadership experience as a team lead or mentor
• Advanced knowledge of financial modeling and analysis
• Exceptional Excel skills and experience with business process improvements
