Finance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Manager to drive financial strategy and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee annual budgeting, monthly/quarterly forecasting, and long-term financial planning
• Develop and maintain financial models to assess revenue performance and margin trends
• Design management dashboards and prepare board decks and investor reports

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
• 5-8 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or investment banking
• Experience in a fast-paced startup or healthcare technology industry preferred
• Proficiency with financial software such as Netsuite, Salesforce, and Excel
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in developing integrated financial models
